A total of 7 sale transactions were registered with the Department yastarday , the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Barsha First that was sold for Dhs12.54 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Mardaf acquired for the sum of Dhs8 million and another in Mardaf for Dhs7 million .
The Mardaf area was the most active in terms of the day sales, with some 2 transactions. Al Barsha First followed it with 1 sales .
During the period, Mardaf recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs15 million, followed by the Al Barsha First area, Dhs12.54 million, and Um Suqaim Second area, Dhs4.11 million .
The biggest area sold was the 15952 sq ft in the Mardaf area, which went for Dhs8 million. A 15000 sq ft plot in the Mardaf Area was acquired for Dhs7 million, while 15000 sq ft of Muhaisanah Third was disposed of for Dhs1.2 million .
During the period under review 6 mortgages worth Dhs376.49 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs260 million for an area at Trade Center First. There was another for Dhs100 million on an area in Mankhool and a further sum of Dhs8.59 million registered on an area of land sold in Al Barsha First .
