Al Jaber Group has announced that its Dh300 million 'Media One' project currently under construction had reached its fifth floor and will be completed by March 2007. According to Khaleej Times, Media One, which is located at the main entrance of the Dubai Media City (DMC) opposite the Dubai Marina, is a forty floor mixed use property with a built up area of 75,371 square meters comprising a hotel and commercial office space.
