The Phase 2 of the Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) real estate part has been sold out in three weeks’ time, according to a top DSO official, cited by Khaleej Times.
Dr. Mohammed Al Zarouni, director-general of Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority (Dafza) and vice-chairman of DSO, told the newspaper: “We have sold out some 80 plots in sizes ranging from 32,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet, while buildings are 35, 25 and 10-storey high."
