Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) launches its paperless account opening app in the UAE called ADCB Hayyak. “Hayyak” which means “welcome” is an app that enables customers to quickly, conveniently and securely open an ADCB account and receive their debit cards and cheque books, without having to visit a branch or complete any paperwork.

To become an ADCB customer, UAE residents 21 years or older simply enter a few basic details on the app, scan their identification documents and upload their signature.  ADCB Hayyak customers may also apply for a credit card and get an instant decision. Approved credit cards can be used straightaway for online purchases. After opening an account, customers can choose to collect their welcome packs at their preferred branch or opt for delivery within 24-48 hours.

As an introductory welcome offer, customers who open a bank account via ADCB Hayyak will also qualify for up to 250,000 ADCB TouchPoints from the bank’s award winning loyalty programme, which can be used for free flights, shopping and much more.

ADCB’s digital banking centre ‘uBank’, offers a smarter way to bank by delivering instant and on-demand service capabilities for day-to-day banking requests, such as card replacement and cheque requests.  Other innovations include an app for Apple Watch, VoicePass, Instant Loan Top-up, Fingerprint Recognition on the mobile banking app and MyChoice, offering tailored financial solutions.
