CTA is the silver sponsor for Bands Across Borders 2013

Central Trade and Auto Company (CTA) – the exclusive dealer for Toyota in the Kingdom, was named the silver sponsor for the 4^th Bands Across Borders Festival 2013.

Held on Friday May 10^th 2013, at the Amman Baccalaureate School Theater, this event has been recognized as the region’s largest musical festivity. 

Featuring the participation of a spectrum of musicians, singers, and creative artists, the show boasted performances by; Jordanian singer Hani Mitwasi, Algerian Singer and Guitarist Suad Massy, founder of the Raz Music Genre Aziz Maraqa, The National Music Conservatory Brand, the Comedy duo Shadi and Fares, and last but not least the team from the renowned comedy show Bath Bayakha.

CTA’s sponsorship of this event stemmed from its belief in the pivotal role played by creative and artistic initiatives like this one in offering new entertaining and cultural incites for younger members of the population. Furthermore, the company also perceives such events as avenues presenting a direct channel of interaction and communication between itself and the general public. 

Adding more excitement to the event’s agenda, CTA also launched as part of its sponsorship, a competition on the sidelines of the performance. Encouraging fans to take pictures of themselves with the Toyota GT86 it is later to choose and announce winners on its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ToyotaJordan), while giving away exciting awards.

In the year 2007, the company was also recognized as the exclusive dealer for Hino Motors and Lexus as well. Toyota Motor Corporation also makes its mark as a producer of hybrid vehicles, i.e. vehicles known for their use of alternative energy resources.
