Emaar launches Palma, Spanish-influenced villas in Arabian Ranches

One of Dubai's most vibrant communities, Arabian Ranches has unveiled Spanish-inspired villas under ‘Palma,’ as part of the ambitious expansion of one of the most-sought after lifestyle communities by Emaar Properties.

Part of the extension of Arabian Ranches, ‘Palma’ will feature 121 villas, available in four designs, all rooted in rich Spanish architecture. Emaar will open online registration at www.emaar.com for ‘Palma’ villas on September 25, 2013, at 10am. Sales will be held simultaneously in Dubai and Abu Dhabi at the Emaar Sales Centre in Emaar Square in Downtown Dubai, and at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, Abu Dhabi, respectively, from 9am on September 28.
