Explore a world of flavours at Mirdif City Centre’s tribute to foodies across the city with a month-long Festival of Food

From October 1^st – October 31^st, Mirdif City Centre’s most flavourful dishes will come to life, with a little extra on the side! For the entire month, the mall’s fun and interactive ‘Food Festival’ will include cooking demonstrations from popular restaurants – all located within Mirdif City Centre, a Dine & Win competition, fantastic dining offers, and a surprise, not-to-be-missed entertainment treat.  

Parents and children can discover their inner ‘masterchef’ with intimate cooking demonstrations from the experts. Free and open to the public, Mirdif City Centre’s restaurant chefs will be hosting exclusive Cooking Classes on weekday afternoons between 4:00 – 6:30pm on the Citywalk, Level 2.  Children and adults will have the opportunity to recreate signature dishes from some of their favourite restaurants including Abou El Sid, Chili’s, Zafran, Pars Iranian Restaurant, Carluccio’s and Uno Chicago Grill, with an invitation to indulge in their culinary masterpiece and take advantage of some fantastic dining offers in-store.

With 80 mouth-watering, international dining options at Mirdif City Centre, including the soon-to-be-opened Middle East cuisine specialist LEILA – and family faves Butcher Shop & GRILL, Gourmet Burger and Al Forno, enjoying a satisfying meal comes with another appetising reward – the chance to win instant cash prizes or an exclusive Limited Edition 24K Gold Plated iPad 2. 

Up to AED 30,000 worth of cash prizes are up for grabs in Mirdif City Centre’s ‘Dine & Win’ promotion during the Festival of Food. Diners who spend at least AED 100 at any restaurant can redeem their food bill for an Instant Win Scratch Card for the chance to win gift vouchers up to AED 30,000. Non-winners still have the chance to win however, a luxurious Grand Prize of an exclusive Limited Edition 24k Gold Plated iPad 2 - only 250 of these extraordinary pieces are available in the region, one of which will be awarded to a lucky Mirdif City Centre shopper.

An air of festivity will surround Mirdif City Centre’s Festival of Food, with a daily calendar of entertainment highlighted by an exciting element of surprise every weekend. During the weekdays, Mirdif City Centre’s larger than life Chef Mascot and Food Festival ambassador will be roaming the mall throughout the day, handing out exclusive dining offers, discounts and deals from participating restaurants, cafes and speciality stores. Weekends will feature an exciting, surprise event – be sure to visit the Oasis Restaurant Area, Level 1 starting at 5:00 to 7:30pm to join the fun.
