LG Electronics supplies Tkiyet Um Ali with ACs

Inspired by its approach of integrating with the local community, and as an extension of its partnership with Tkiyet Um Ali, LG Electronics has recently supplied a number of ACs for installation in Tkiyet Um Ali’s facilities, aiming to provide a comfortable atmosphere for fasters during the holy days of Ramadan, as well as for less fortunate visitors throughout the year. 

This move syncs well with LG Electronics’ mission to play an active role in improving – albeit simply – social life elements, and to get closer to local community members in many ways; this derives from LG’s slogan “Life’s Good,” which holds values that the company aims to apply on its products, services, and responsibilities towards the betterment of the community it works in. 

Commenting on this kind initiative, Mr. Kevin Cha, Managing Director of LG Electronics Levant, said, “We constantly persevere in endorsing our social responsibility role in all fields, and in aiding the less fortunate segment in every way possible. We had taken note of the fasters’ needs at Tkiyet Um Ali to enjoy more comfortable atmospheres during the holy month, so we took the necessary steps, through which we hope to be part and parcel of this community.” 

Tkiyet Um Ali General Manager, Mr. Mahmoud Seif Al Shareef, expressed his gratitude for LG’s compassionate move saying, “I would like to voice my deepest thanks to LG for this benevolent step, which will light up the hearts of many fasting people at Tkiyet Um Ali. Furthermore, this illustrates the company’s high sense of responsibility, a status that is certainly familiar with LG, as it is always the most proactive towards kindness and humanity.” 

It is worth mentioning that LG Electronics had previously supplied Tkiyet Um Ali with monitors to support the feeding programs it provides for the needy all year round. Monitors provided by LG are present across all of Tkiyet Um Ali’s locations such as in big commercial malls, contributing to the promotion of feeding programs through screening videos about Tkiyet Um Ali’s various programs.
