LG ushers in OLED as the future standard of television technology

The television industry was stagnant for 40 years from 1950-1990. Televisions did not transform substantially, neither in terms of aesthetic nor improved picture quality. However, advancements over the last decade including the revolutionary OLED technology, marks the pinnacle and golden age of television technology.
