Samaya Hotel Deira updates menu at Staircase Restaurant

Staircase Restaurant, Samaya Hotel Deira’s all-day dining bistro offering international buffet and a la carte menu is expanding its dining format by adding more delectable dishes to satisfy the ever selective taste of its guests. 

Guests can now experience a full range of locally-focused menu developed by Chef Samir Oulamidi and his staff who carefully studied the eating trends of their guests and came up with exciting new dishes to whet up the appetite of their diners. 

Mr. Fouad Bizri, General Manager, Samaya Hotel Deira, said: “We have updated our menu to provide our guests with more menu choices. The changes being made to our menu are in keeping up with the demands of our diners who are always looking for appetizing and quality food. Also customers are more frequently looking for healthy dining options so we also considered this in choosing our dishes. We want to invite the public to visit Staircase Restaurant and enjoy a whole new eating experience!” 

Guests will still find all-time favourites such as Grilled Fillet of Salmon, Pan Fried Breast of Duck, Chicken with Cashew Nuts and Shredded Beef with Broccoli in Oyster Sauce on the menu. The dessert selection will still feature Umm Ali, different cakes and fruits and a whole lot more.
