Building on its efforts to raise awareness about the need for sustainable environmental solutions and to educate people about climate change and conservation efforts, Ski Dubai will be participating in Earth Hour with a range of fun activities for guests – creating a visual spectacle to support the environmentally-friendly cause.

From 20:30 – 21:30 pm on March 23rd 2013, Ski Dubai will turn off the lights and illuminate the venue with candle torches lining the ski slope to create the illusion of a candle descent, culminating into a faux camp fire at the bottom of the slope. Numerous Ski Dubai instructors will also be fitted out in glow-in-the-dark uniforms customized for the occasion, and will ski down the alpine inspired slopes. All visitors will also be gifted glo sticks and encouraged to become a part of the Ski Dubai awareness message, by waving their glo stick in unison.

Earth hour will take place from 20:30 – 21:30 pm on March 23rd 2013.
