After the participation at the Qatar International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition and Dubai Cityscape show this year, Sabban Property Investments (SPI), a Gulf-based family-owned real estate property development company, announced its recent participation in three different international exhibitions from Russia to the Middle East.
The first event participation for Sabban Property Investments was “The Worldwide Property Show”, held in the Grand Hyatt Dubai. It had already been brought successfully showcased to all major Middle Eastern Cities and Gulf States, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, USA, Switzerland, Russia and South Africa. The exhibition encompassed every aspect of modern real estate, from construction to home ownership. Speakers and exhibitors were invited from around the world, bringing professional and inspirational advice to all those seeking to increase their knowledge in this unique market place.
The second exhibition to present Sabban Property Investments’ three luxury Sabban Towers was “The 5th Moscow International Property Show”, the leading market event for the expanding industry of international retail real estate in Russia. It took place in central Moscow in T-Modul exhibition hall. The Show attracted a select number of speciality principals, government and industrial leaders, researched portfolio managers, senior management from the region and specially targeted market segments.
The third exhibition on SPI’s agenda during these six days took place in Saudi Arabia. The ESTATEX, which attracted over 40,000 visitors, was a unique event that brought in real estate companies and related firms. It also aims to introduce real estate projects of all types to serve interested attendants of the exhibition, and to reveal investment capabilities in the KSA and GCC countries. ESTATEX is an event that combines the phenomenal vision of the big investment firms and their projects. The exhibition was accompanied by seminars with carefully chosen themes and workshops attended by enthusiasts from all over the Gulf Region.
