Mr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, a UAE businessman, has recently signed an Dh200 million agreement with Dubai Business Bay free zone to acquire three blocks of 40,000 square feet each for construction and development activities.

A massive Dh480-million mega investment project has been envisaged for constructing three office and residential towers in this area. These three towers will have a total built-up space of around 800,000 square feet. Each tower will have the most modern amenities and will be aesthetically designed by architects to suit the environment.

"Our project, part of the 250-tower Dubai Business Bay, will offer some of the most excellent features to prospective buyers. The three towers will have ample parking space, shopping arcades, meeting rooms equipped with the ultra modern audio-visual facilities and latest security features. We are proud to be part of the Dubai Business Bay, a pioneering multi-billion dollar project which offers facilities that are at par with other leading global business centers", said Mr. Sulaiman Al Fahim.

"Once completed in the beginning of year 2008, the entire complex will realize an approximate value of around AED1.2 billion. This is the kind of value we add to any project we undertake and this particular project will be no different. Each prospective buyer will enjoy one of the most advantageous locations either for conducting business or for residential purpose," said Mr. Sulaiman Al Fahim.

Individual offices and residential units in these three towers will be built and equipped as per the taste and requirements of each buyer. At the same time, the offices will also offer some of the best possible facilities to conduct their business in an effective manner.

"Recent reports indicate Phase One of the new Dubai Business Bay free zone project has already been sold out. We are privileged to be playing our role in making the Business Bay an attractive destination with extra features for prospective corporate and individual buyers," said Mr. Sulaiman Al Fahim.

Dubai Business Bay is being developed by Dubai Properties, part of the Government's Dubai Holding. This huge project plans to extend the Dubai Creek up to Sheikh Zayed Road, creating a massive development area.
