The Energy and Mines Ministry reported on Friday that Venezuela's export basket of crude oil and refined products finished the week ending Nov 24 at $30.98, up 24 cents from $30.74 on the week ending Nov 17.

The average price of the basket so far this year is $26.68, the Ministry reported.
