She is a Victoria's Secret Angel who won Model of the Year in 2016.

But Bella Hadid has revealed she has sleepless nights worrying about when her modelling career will end.

The fashionista, 20, told Compelo she finds it frightening that she can influence so many young people.

She said: 'I want to enjoy the ride because you never know where the end is.

'That’s what really freaks me out and worries me at night when I’m going to sleep.'

The model, who has walked down the catwalk for Givenchy, Chanel and Ralph Lauren, said she rarely gets time off.

She said: 'When I’m really intense I will honestly work for four months straight and then I’ll have one weekend off and then I’ll go straight back to work.

'People think that in between I have so much time off but I only ever take two days off every two weeks, at the maximum.'

Bella told the site how she could never have imagined how successful would be three years ago.

The model, who started studying photography at the Parsons School of Design in New York City in 2014, said she would love to be a designer one day.

The exclusive interview comes after Bella confessed that she has been put off romance and is no longer on the lookout for a boyfriend.

She insisted she is happy flying solo and wants to be as 'independent as possible.'

In an interview with Grazia magazine, Bella explained: 'I'm focused on myself.

'It's like I'm finally getting to the point where I can just think about what I want to do and the places I want to go.'

She was signed to IMG models when she moved to New York and stopped her studies when her career took off.

Bella started working as a model the year after her sister Gigi, 22, moved to the Big Apple and singed with IMG.

Gigi was also named Model of the Year in 2015 and has walked in runway shows for Chanel, Versace and Marc Jacobs.

Bella shot her first Vogue cover in May 2016, when she appeared in the Turkish edition.

She has also graced the cover of the glossy magazine in Italy, China, France and Japan.
