Moroccan singer and actor Saad Lamjarred recently appeared on MBC's Laylat Samar TV show, and talked about his hit songs and achieving success.
It was the first time that the 30 year old had talked about his divorce, Al Jared reported. Without naming names or going into details Saad said that jealousy could "really destroy lives" especially since he works in entertainment.
No doubt that any future partner would have to accept that screaming female fans are part of the package - since winning second place on Superstar, a Lebanese TV talent contest, Lamjarred has shot to fame. He topped his 2013 hit "Mal Hbibi Malou" - seen on YouTube 77 million times - with this year's "LM3ALLEM", which had a record 22.8 million views on YouTube in only three weeks of release.
In April of last year, at an appearance in a Kuwaiti shopping centre, Lamjarred was mobbed by hysterical, love-struck women.
Lamjarred said that he is looking for a simple and a humble woman, adding that looks were not as important.
Having grown up in an entertainment family (his dad is singer Bachir Abdou and his mother is actress/comedienne Nezha Regragui) he's slogged through the business the old-fashioned way, with hard work that's kept him grounded. Branching out into acting in 2011, Lamjarred landed the lead in the Moroccan soap opera Ahlam Nassim.
That's a lot of eyes on him! For sure he needs someone who won't be swept away with the craziness of the entertainment business - think you fit the bill?!
