Taqdeer Award, the world’s first points-based recognition programme for workers patronaged since its inception by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, presented 68,938 special discount cards to workers who participated in building the imposing edifices at the Expo City, in recognition of their remarkable efforts.
