The well-known Pakistani and Indian (Asian) social group, 'Dollz Dubai' recently held an EID BASH at Arabian Courtyard Hotel in Dubai. The event held on September 16th, 2010, which was attended by a large group of people from the Asian community. Guests showed their solidarity for the 'flood victims' through funds and donations in form of cash, clothes, shoes, and bedding.
Serene Humayun, the organizer of the event and a well-known singer in Dubai among the Asian community, arranged a musical show. Serene was the highlight of the evening with her performance and was accompanied by local musicians: Syed Javed, Mohd Gibran, Adnan Akhter, Mudasser Hussain and Hussain Habib.
Great music and a sumptuous dinner completed the evening with a delectable spread of the traditional cuisine.
Serene is the owner and moderator for the 'Dollz' social group that has more than 250 members. Having recently started, the group has grabbed considerable attention of many Asian women residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
