Highlander follows the exploits of a group of immortals who challenge each other per an oft-quoted prophecy: "There can be only one." Endgame has the immortal Connor MacLeod, Christopher Lambert and his protégé Duncan MacLeod, Adrian Paul joining forces to defeat an ultra-evil enemy, Jacob Kell. Along the way, they encounter a strange mortal cult called The Watchers and numerous plot-hole-spackling flashbacks to their origins and tragic lives.
This Action/Adventure is rated R for violence and some strong sexuality.
Aside from Lambert and Paul the movie stars Lisa Barbuscia, Jim Byrnes and Ian Paul Cassidy.
Doug Aarniokosi directed, Peter S. Davis and William N. Panzer produced, and Grogory Widen, Eric Bernt and Joel Soisson wrote the script. The movie was released by Dimension Films.
In its second week of release, the movie dropped 5 spots to number 10. This week's net reached $1,800,000; giving it a total of $9,000,000. It is doubtfull that this movie will make it to next week's top ten.
