ALBAWABA - At least four people were killed and several others injured in a drone strike in the government-held northeastern Syria, Syrian media reported.
The strike took place Wednesday on a site in Deikr Ezzor, an area controlled by Iran-backed groups.

Conflicting reports emerged after the strike, with some Syrian media saying it was an explosion in an Iranian-run hospital in the area.

Other news outlets said it was an Iranian weapons' storage facility, while some said the drone attack targeted a building for Iranian militias behind the hospital.
