Dropping three spots this week to number 8, this movie talks about a highschool cheerleader Torrance Shipman. Shipman, played by Kirsten Dunst, is on top of the world, having just been named captain of the Rancho Carne Toros pep squad, a five-time national championship team. But when she discovers that her award-winning routines are being ripped off by a competing squad, Shipman must act fast to save her team's reputation. But the plot goes with a couple of unexpected twists, including an unwanted attraction to outcast Jesse Bradford

This Comedy is rated PG-13 for sex-related material and language. 

Aside from Dunst and Bradford, the cast includes Garielle Union, Eliza Dushku and Claire Kramer. 

The movie was directed by Peyton Reed, produced by Marc Abraham, written by Jessica Bendinger and released by Universal

Its running time is 1 hours 38 minutes.  

In its 7th week, the movie grossed $2,200,000; giving it a running total of $62,400,000.
