AAYAN Saudi Leasing, the leading company in Saudi Arabia in car rental and sales, launches its mobile maintenance service in Jeddah, Riyadh, Al-Khobar, Jubail, Madinah and Yanbu to provide periodical services, as well as repair minor mechanical failures at site. Manned by special and highly qualified teams, this unique service can be extended to other cities in the Kingdom as the needs of the clients arise.
“This service will be available to all clients of AAYAN including companies under lease contracts, individual car owners and car rentals. In order to provide maintenance services of high standards, AAYAN allocated 10 mobile workshops for this purpose, and plans to raise them to 20 by the end of 2010. The mobile workshop fleet will be available around the clock, 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays,” Engineer Gamal Taleb, head of maintenance department in AAYAN said.
The mobile workshop team will carry out periodical maintenance as well as repairing of simple mechanical failures on site. In the event of major mechanical breakdown, the car will be hauled by special transportation fleet of flatbed trucks to the nearest maintenance center of AAYAN, Eng. Taleb added.
Noting that AAYAN’s central maintenance centers are located in Jeddah, Riyadh, Al-Khobar and Jubail, more quick maintenance centers will be established soon to cover most of the country.
Currently, AAYAN has 3 flatbed trucks ready for use, and will increase them to 10 by the end of 2010.
Moreover, mobile workshop can be made available at client’s site upon request and depending on the nature of his activity, size of his fleet and number of his branches. Upon receiving the client’s request by AAYAN service center dubbed “AAYAN With You”, the person in charge, notifies the concerned department to send the mobile workshop to the client’s site as soon as possible.
