Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday Iran has no fear of "enemies' hue and cry and psychological warfare."
The president was speaking at a gathering with commanders of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on the auspicious day marking liberation of the port city of Khorramshahr from Iraqi occupation in 1982. "We have got closer to our final goals with the grace of God," he said, according to IRNA.
"Enemies' goal of preventing peaceful use of nuclear energy is not a technical nuclear position. "Rather they intend to eradicate principles of the system's move." He added, "So, if we stop even for one moment, enemies will achieve their goals."
Ahmadinejad said, "Enemies intend to make Iran surrender and has no word to say in the world because they know if Iran passes nuclear energy phase, such victories will be broad-based in the world in a short period."
"World nations are tired of bullying and oppression. They look for a new way.
"Islam is the only path which will save nations," he stated.
