Food and cuisine are the focus at Le Meridien Al Aqah this year with the appointment of the region’s first and only female executive chef, Suzanne Storms.
Chef Storms will be responsible for overseeing the finest restaurants on the East Coast. A graduate of the highly-acclaimed Culinary Institute of America, she joined Le Meridien Al Aqah after working at the Mirage in Las Vegas as Executive Chef, Catering and Banquets and has also worked in such world-class hotels and locations as the Emirates Towers, Dubai and the Fairmont, Chicago.

Under Chef Suzanne’s guidance tantalizing promotions have been introduced at the hotel including the “dine under the stars’ experience. Guests are invited to enjoy a specially prepared customized menu featuring the tastes they love; delicate pastas with fresh herbs and locally caught seafood grilled outdoors.
