Unprecedented advance bookings reveal the hotel as the location of choice for Ramadan and Eid celebrations in Riyadh

Glowing guest responses and high numbers of advance bookings mean that residents and visitors to Riyadh have limited time to experience the city’s most incredible Ramadan celebrations.

Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel, has been overwhelmed by the enthusiastic response to their signature “Fawanees” Ramadan concept, as families, friends, and companies continue to choose the hotel for Iftar and Sohour.  To date, guests at Fawanees have increased more than double compared with last year’s visitor numbers for the Ramadan celebrations.

“Fawanees strives to emphasize the traditional Ramadan experience in a comfortable, festive environment,” said Peter Finamore, Managing Director of Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel.  “As we’ve been at maximum occupancy for our Iftar and Sohour celebrations thus far, we are extremely proud of our results.”

“Fawanees” Al Faisaliah is supported this Ramadan by some of the Kingdom’s finest brands, including Saudi Research and Marketing Group, Hamad Abdullah Al Essa & Sons Company, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, Emirates Bank and Back Comfort. Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel is also looking ahead and preparing for its annual Eid Al-Fitr activities.  The most opulent of the hotel’s Eid celebrations will be featuring a diverse Eid lunch buffet at La Brasserie Restaurant.

Two of Al Faisaliah’s celebrated restaurants will be making a triumphant return for Eid al-Fitr after being closed during the Holy Month of Ramadan.  Gourmet French restaurant Cristal will re-open on the first day of Eid, as will IL Terrazzo restaurant, welcoming guests with a special promotion on choice cuts of Canadian meat.  Following the Holy Month of Ramadan, Al Faisaliah lobby, and as a first in Riyadh, will operate for 24 hours on a daily basis.

Al Faisaliah’s iconic restaurant The Globe has already received a high number of advanced bookings for Eid dinners, and will offer special lunch and dinner menus and a special Eid High Tea for 3 days.  The Experience at The Globe, the open air observation deck located atop Al Faisaliah Tower, will open at 9a.m. for visitors seeking panoramic views of Riyadh.
