Al Jaber Optical is honoured with two Awards in the Annual Business Excellence Award Ceremony 2010

Al Jaber Optical, the leading optical company and eye care specialist in the UAE has won two Awards for Best Customer Service Performance Recognition for the 2009 cycle in the Annual Business Excellence Award Ceremony 2010, held at Grand Hyatt on April 7, 2010, in Dubai. His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, presented the awards.

The well known retailer has been selected as Best Service Performance Brand in the Special Business Category upon consistently maintaining good customer service standards across all outlets while its outlet at Abu Dhabi Mall has been selected as Best Service Performing Outlet in Optical Category upon consistently maintaining good customer service standards, both during 2009 cycle.

This follows Al Jaber’s participation in the 2009 cycle of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme which has achieved it the Best Customer Service Performance Recognition.
