All as one thanks Dubai for mass generosity

Children’s charity, All As One, has been overwhelmed by the generosity of individuals and organisations in Dubai who have given monetary donations, clothes and toys to help the children in its Sierra Leone orphanage.

Twenty filled boxes were flown complimentary of DHL Express and greeted by the orphans whose festive season was made complete with the gifts from Dubai, which included 40 pairs of ‘Croc’ sandals, blankets, underwear, and clothing.

Paul Dowling, Customer Operations Manager at DHL said: “We are delighted to be able to provide our services to All As One, it is so rewarding to hear the positive impact getting these boxes to the orphanage in Sierra Leone has on the children.  We look forward to continuing our work with the charity in the future”

Deanna Wallace, director at All As One, said:  “We are so grateful for the extreme generosity shown by the individuals and organisations in Dubai, it has been overwhelming and has made such a difference in the children’s lives.

“We are very grateful for the response and kindness shown by the public.  It has really been fantastic and our children are thrilled by the obvious love and care these gifts represent.”

The children were also treated to a special party thanks to the donations that have been made so they could get a taste of the fun and atmosphere that children in Dubai regularly experience.
