Some 26 works of young painter Mohammed Serraji helped Montreal's public to discover the penmanship of Amazighe culture in an exhibition held recently in the main offices of Royal Air Morocco in the city. Serraji himself could never obtain a visa to come to Canada but his work has actually been presented in Montreal already four times in recent years.
The exhibition, reports Le Matin, was initiated by the "Morocco Hope" Association and the consulate-general of Morocco in Montreal and attracted a large number of visitors including Moroccans, who reside in Montreal as well as Quיbיcois of stock.
