Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa honours 25 employees with its prestigious Loyalty Award

Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa in Dubai has once again displayed its commitment to recognizing the efforts of its employees by awarding over 25 staff with their prestigious Loyalty Award. The property is part of the Planet Group, a conglomerate of 11 established companies with business interests in hospitality, travel, aviation, freight forwarding, cargo, hotel, real estate, entertainment, food & beverage, exhibitions, logistics and trading.

According to the hotel management the award has been exclusively created to recognize the efforts of long serving associates who have been with the hotel since pre-opening and have been instrumental in the success of the award winning property. The awards were given away during the Arabian Themed Annual Associates party, ‘Party ala Arabian Nights’ recently at the hotel premises.

Habib Khan, General Manager of the hotel and CEO Hospitality Division of Planet Group, said: “We are pleased to announce that these 25 employees have contributed immensely in meeting our organizational goals and have improved the property’s efficiency and service. Such awards go a long way in sustaining employees and getting the best out of them. We continuously award good employees to recognize past performance as well as motivate them to perform even better in future and give better results.”

This award is in addition to the recent bonus payment made to all staff of the hotel in recognition of exceeding the targets of 2008. The Arabian themed hotel situated in the heart of Old Dubai completed four years with great performance over the years supported by the invaluable contribution from the associates of all levels. Associate of the Year 2008 Award was won by Zelekash Bekele (Waitress), while Padam Bahadur, Chef de Partie secured the Service Legend Award for 2008. Riza Anyayahan and Sergio Rodriguez walked away with two return air tickets as grand prizes.
