Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat arrived at Sharm el-Sheikh Thursday for talks with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, an AFP correspondent witnessed.
A presidential source said he would be seeing Mubarak alone before Albright's arrival.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak's office said Thursday he would not be joining Aarafat and Albright, following disputes which arose in earlier talks in Paris Wednesday aimed at halting violent clashes in the Palestinian territories -- SHARM EL SHEIKH, Egypt (AFP)
