Armenian President Robert Kocharian will make an official visit to the UAE soon, the first visit by an Armenian president to the region, according to a senior Armenian official.
In a lecture at the Zayed Center for Coordination and Follow-Up, Armenian Minister of Education and Science Levon H. Mkrtchian confirmed his president's plan to visit the UAE.
According to Khaleej Times, the minister praised the balanced policy of the UAE President, Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, not only at regional level, but also at Arab and international levels.
He hailed UAE Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, for the rapid development the UAE has made in the field of higher education. (Albawaba.com)
