Aspect Software partners with CTSoft to expand in the region

Aspect Software, Inc., the world’s largest company solely focused on contact centres, has announced that the UAE based CTSoft of the Al Yousuf Group will distribute Aspect products in the Middle East and Africa.

With expertise in services like systems integration, business and technology consulting and post-sales support in the contact center space, CTSoft maintains a strong channel network of established players in the enterprise IT and telecom solutions industry. It has a widespread customer base in core verticals like banking and telecom, utilities, retail and transportation.
