Aspect has received the award for Price Performance Value for Unified Contact Centre Solutions, and has also emerged as the leader in Outbound Systems in India for the sixth consecutive year. The former is presented to companies that have offered customers with the solution and services that provide the highest ratio of value to cost, while the latter is conferred upon organisations demonstrating excellence in capturing highest market share within their industries.
