Dr. Faisal Al Moussawi, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Health Minister and Dr. Hajjar Bin Ali, Qatar’s Health Minister, arrived in Dubai Tuesday to take part in the inauguration of the Julphar Pharmaceutical Plant scheduled to take place Wednesday, according to Emirates News Agency.
