Barney, the beloved TV character visits Babyshop Stores
The purple teacher is a favourite of children due to his encouraging nature
Barney, the people sized dinosaur TV character, known for his self esteem building techniques with children was in Babyshop Dubai Mall store recently to greet his ‘little’ pupils first hand. A favourite amongst children due to his encouraging nature, the character mingled whilst the children enjoyed being close to their guru of sorts. Barney also visited Babyshop stores in Al Reef Mall and Centrepoint Bur Dubai. Babyshop stores were teeming with children who wanted pictures with their favourite character.
To create a fun atmosphere, Babyshop’s in house magician and face painter were present creating loads of entertainment for the little ones. Rahul Saxena, marketing manager of Babyshop said, “It is our constant desire to create an element of fun and meaning in the lives of our little patrons. Bringing Barney to our stores for the first time indicates our commitment to bring a smile on the faces of both children and parents who are happy to see their children's favourite cartoon character known for teaching their children lessons in correct social behaviour through his tuneful songs. Barney is known for teaching children universal values such as love, acceptance, sharing, caring, imagining and learning. Children are happy to learn from him as he is always praising them and inspiring them to use their minds creatively.
