Batelco, Bahrain’s leading Telecommunications Company has made a cash donation to the Bahraini French Business Club in support of French Week which is taking place this week throughout Bahrain.

Batelco Corporate Affairs General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi presented the donation cheque to Bahraini French Business Club Treasurer Philippe Calafat during a visit to Batelco Headquarters in Hamala.

“We are delighted to contribute to this event which aims to create awareness about French companies within the business community and also provides all residents of the Kingdom with an insight into French culture through a variety of French art and music programmes,” said Batelco Corporate Affairs General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi.

“Additionally, as any proceeds will be contributed to local charities, this fits well within Batelco’s ongoing commitment to support those less fortunate in the community,” he added.
