The Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Secretary General, Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu has met President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali of Tunisia within his North AAfrican tour. During the audience, Ihsanoglu briefed the Tunisian leader about the OIC reform projects including the revision of the Charter and the introduction of amendments that would help this Organization to develop its performance.
The discussions also discussed further cooperation and coordination between the QIC and Tunisia in the educational, scientific, cultural, information and economic areas.
