Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance and Industry, received in Dubai on Wednesday Ambassador Igor Tymofeyev of Ukraine, who called to greet him at the onset of his tenure in the country, according to Emirates News Agency.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed trade and economic relations between the two countries. Tymofevey expressed his country’s readiness to extend cooperation fields with the UAE to cover tourism, commerce and economy.
For his part, Sheikh Hamdan welcomed the new envoy and wished him success on his mission.
Dr. Khalifa Mohammed Ahmed, Director of the Dubai Ruler’s Court, attended the meeting as well. (Albawaba.com)
