BIPEX 2006 Evokes Widespread Enthusiasm: New Exhibitors from the UK, South Africa, Malaysia, Egypt, KSA and UAE Join Expo

The Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), organisers of the pioneering global realty expo run by industry professionals, today said Bahrain International Property Exhibition 2006 (BIPEX 2006), the largest property exhibition in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has evoked tremendous enthusiasm among regional and global players with an array of new global and regional exhibitors joining the show.
Held under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, Bahrain, BIPEX 2006, is organised in association with Bahrain Convention & Exhibition Authority (BCEA). The expo, which will run at the Bahrain International Convention Centre (BIEC) from November 22-25 2006, is sponsored by Al-Enma'a House, Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH), Riffa Views, Ithmaar Bank and Al Argan Real Estate, among others.
Commenting on the unprecedented enthusiasm to the show, Dr. Manaf Hamza, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, BIPEX 2006, said, “We are very excited about the enthusiastic response to BIPEX 2006 this year.  This year we have attracted an array of new exhibitors from the region and across global markets signifying the reputation of the show as one of the leading property exhibitions in the region.”
He said the new exhibitors at this year’s BIPEX 2006 were from the UK, South Africa, Malaysia, Egypt, KSA and UAE.
“We believe that the increasing interest in the show is also a salient reflection of the investment interest generated by the buoyant real estate and property scenario in the Kingdom of Bahrain which has attracted considerable regional and global attention,” Dr. Hamza said.
“BIPEX 2006 is a first-of-its-kind show organised by professionals in the industry, and our aim is to catalyse investment flows into the Kingdom of Bahrain and the region, which will support the ongoing economic diversification process,” he added.
The new exhibitors include Engel Voelkers, Silicon Gate and Sinclair Deville / Wings Media Ltd. from the United Kingdom, Tabarak Group from Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Malaysian Booths from Malaysia.

Exhibitors from the UAE include Al Hamra Village, Al Jebel Real Estate, Al Rafi Group, Aspire Real Estate, ATAS, BMG Middle East Development, Dubai Investment Park, Landmark Properties, Nili Homes, Safron Villas, Sherwoods, ST Clare, Sweet Homes and T.M.P.A.

The exhibitors  at BIPEX 2006 from Bahrain include, Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company, Pegasus Realty - Abraj Al Lulu,  Al Areen Holding Company, Al Argan Real Estate, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait, Beit Al Enma, Century 21, Deluxe Real Estate Company, Eskan Bank, Grnata Group, Gulf International Real Estate Company, Khaleej Finance Investments, Landmark Bahrain, Mouawad Management & Marketing, Municipal One Stop, Orchid Development, Platinum Properties Management, Real Capita, REEF, Riffa Views, Shura Net, Survey & Land Registration Bureau and Tameer – Al Khaleej Development.

According to Mr. Jameel Khalaf Al Alawi, Director of Conferences, BSE : “BIPEX 2006 aims at attracting investments from domestic as well as international investors and helping them explore the vast opportunities and wide range of housing and commercial options in the Bahrain real estate industry. BIPEX 2006 is supported by the Ministry of Industries & Commerce and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry and co-organizers for this edition of the exhibition include Kerala Engineers Forum (KEEN 4) and DSL Exhibitions.

The exhibition will be open all three days from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to         9.00 pm. Admission is free for trade visitors and invited guests.
