At least four people were injured Wednesday when a bomb exploded on a busy thoroughfare in Muzaffarabad, capital of Pakistan-administered Kashmir, police said.
City police chief Raja Abdur Razaq said the bomb ripped through a vendor's cart and damaged roadside shops -- MUZAFFARABAD (AFP)
