A car bomb has exploded at Rukban refugee camp on the Syrian-Jordanian border, according to local media sources.

The explosion took place on Wednesday afternoon on the Syrian side of the camp which hosts an estimated 70,000 displaced Syrians.

No details have yet emerged as to numbers of casualties, although Syrian paper Yomya Syria has reported “deaths and tens of injured.”

The attack comes just two days after at least six were killed in a separate explosion at the camp. Daesh claimed responsibility for the double car bombing on Monday.
