Daesh recaptures Syrian border town Al-Rai after clashes

Daesh militants recaptured a stronghold in Syria's northern Aleppo countryside Monday, only days after it was captured by a group of mainly Turkish-backed rebels, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Various allied groups fighting under the name of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) had seized the town of al-Rai near the Turkish border on Thursday.
