BSTC Secure Third Place in Nissan Regional Sales Executive Contest (NISEC 2008)
Enhancing Capacities, Capabilities, and Team Spirit

Bustami & Saheb Trading Co. LTD (BSTC), the exclusive dealers of Nissan in Jordan,  represented by its Sales Consultant, Mr. Mamoun Al-Naboulsi, achieved third place in the Nissan Sales Regional Executive Contest (NISEC 2008). This came on the heels of the Company’s launch of its first ever NISEC last year.

Held at Nissan’s Head Quarters in Dubai, between 21 December and 24 December 2008, the event was aimed at motivating and boosting the moral of the Company’s sales executive team members in different Arab countries. This goal was achieved through a series of challenging yet exciting group activities, geared towards upgrading customer-handling skills.

The four-day event comprised four activities focused on Greeting, Product Presentation, Negotiation and Closing, and finally Vehicle Delivery, which were performed in front of number of judges. The first of these exercises was aimed at enhancing the sales members’ capabilities of customer apprehension, while the second and others were more geared towards addressing prospects, needs, &


wants, and reinforcing prospects’ confidence respectively. Each sales executive role-played scenes where customers interact with them.

BSTC Sales Consultant Mr. Mamoun Al-Naboulsi, was announced as the second runner up in this regional competition, and received a financial reward and a certificate of appreciation. He also won first place for his performance in the car delivery category. To that, Mamoun said, “This opportunity allowed me, as a representative of Nissan Jordan, to compete for the best sales team on a local level. Achieving this rank was the result of hard work and the investment Nissan Jordan put to train the sales team. I am proud to be one of the first three
