Business entities pledge support as Dubai prepares for ‘Eid in Dubai’ celebrations

Major business entities in Dubai have come together again to support the Eid Al Adha edition of ‘Eid in Dubai’ after a major success during Eid Al Fitr. Dubai Shopping Festival Office, organizers of ‘Eid in Dubai’, recently announced the sponsors for the upcoming event that will be held between December 8 and December 11.     

Attracting prominent names from various economic sectors, the Eid Al Adha edition of ‘Eid in Dubai’ is supported by wasl – the real estate arm of the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Dubai Festival City, Emirates Airline, Dubai World Trade Centre, and ARY Exclusive are key sponsors of the event. ‘Eid in Dubai’ is also being organized in association with Dubai Shopping Malls Group and Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group. Arab Media Group is the media partner of the event.     

Laila Suhail, Chief Executive Officer of DSF Office, while thanking the sponsors, hailed the positive response from a wide range of private and public sector companies stating that ‘Eid in Dubai’ was a unique addition to the events portfolio of the DSF Office.

Emirates Airline
Adnan Kazim, Emirates' Senior Vice President Commercial Operations - Gulf, Middle East & Iran emphasized on the importance of “Eid in Dubai” as a main event to attract visitors from the region, “it’s the right move in the right direction” he said, “Eid is always a tourist attraction and a busy travelling season, and together with the DSF Office, Emirates will cater to this wide segment of tourists by providing the best deals and services to encourage them to make Dubai their Eid destination”

Kazim also stated that Emirates has added “Eid in Dubai” as one of the highlights of Dubai Annual Calendar of events in its 100 offices around the world as part of its continuous support for the event. 

Dubai Festival City

“The Eid District will enhance the festive atmosphere created by ‘Eid in Dubai’ and, as a key sponsor of the event, this is very much in line with what Dubai Festival City espouses – providing an environment that captures the spirit of Eid-Al-Adha and its characteristics of celebration,” he added.
