CO-OP ISLAMI, the region’s leading producer and retailer of real halal products, announced today the launch of an innovative promotion campaign that will run up to October 20, 2005 in cooperation with Enoc and Eppco stations.
Every consumer will receive a CO-OP ISLAMI loyalty card that will be marked every time a CO-OP ISLAMI hotdog sandwich is purchased. After five stamps the customer will receive a free hotdog sandwich along with a free Coca Cola bottle.
Mustafa Jassem, Marketing Manager at CO-OP ISLAMI, said: “Customers of CO-OP ISLAMI products are continuously rewarded for their loyalty through innovative promotional campaigns. We are glad to work with Eppco and Enoc petrol stations as the exclusive supplier for the Hotdog products to a conduct consumer focused promotion.”
He said: “The idea is a result of the increasing demand on one of our company’s retailer categories which is fresh and read sandwiches. We have launched this campaign to enhance the growth of the retail sector in general and increase the availability of CO-OP ISLAMI products in particular.”
He added: “CO-OP ISLAMI has become well known for its innovative promotional campaigns that focus on customer satisfaction. The company’s promotional list includes the GCC-wide Golden Egg campaign, the mini-Promotion Campaign that offered 5,000 mini-cooper cars to the company’s customers, and several others. CO-OP ISLAMI has allocated more than AED8 million for its promotional campaigns to support there marketing campaigns.”
Establishing CO-OP ISLAMI came into being as a result of long relentless efforts commenced in the early seventies when Hajj Saeed Bin Ahmad Lootah instituted Dubai Cooperative Society. Since it was initially launched, Dubai Cooperative Society was immersed in hard works to establish the principles of commercial dealings. Later on, 1981 came to mark a changing history of Dubai Cooperative Society established “CO-OP ISLAMI” for the purpose making real Halal food available for consumers through legal Islamic Supervision on all meat products imported from outside UAE.
