ISIS claims that it is holding two foreign hostages and demands a ransom to release them.

The jihadist group published pictures of two men in its standard yellow prisoner outfit today (Wednesday). The two are identified as a 48-year-old Norwegian man, Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad, and a 50-year-old Chinese man, Fan Jinghui.

The notice also included a phone number that would be open to "whoever would like to pay the ransom for his release and transfer."

There was no further information given on the hostages or the circumstances of their capture.
