Daesh (ISIS) militants detonated suicide bombings in Iraq's western Anbar province, killing 13 soldiers Wednesday, the Associated Press reported.
Iraqi military and security officials told the AP the two suicide bombings targeted a military outpost that holds soldiers, police officers and Sunni militia.
Another 13 soldiers were wounded in the attacks, the AP reported.
Iraq's military has been launching operations against Daesh in Anbar since the province was taken by Daesh during the group's offensive last year.
