Rasha Zeitoun, Managing Director at the local Dale Carnegie Training office in the UAE, and her team are organizing the GENERATION NEXT: Dale Carnegie Training for Young Adults program in Dubai in partnership with Michigan State University Dubai. “I firmly believe that Dale Carnegie Training for Young Adults will impart important key ‘life skills’, such as problem-solving, goal-setting, building self-confidence and attitude management, that challenge students to become more effective leaders and also help them to minimize stress with college applications and networking, job interviews and personal relationships.”

GENERATION NEXT: Dale Carnegie Training for Young Adults has been offered through Dale Carnegie Training® specifically in United States and has met with overwhelming success. “The Dale Carnegie Team is enthusiastic about this new valued partnership with Michigan State University Dubai, which has shown 100 per cent commitment to the education of young adults, ensuring they are confident and well equipped to face the challenges of today’s business world,” added Rasha Zeitoun. “We look forward to working closely with MSUD in providing today’s young adults with their entire soft skill requirements, developing them into tomorrow’s future leaders.”

Past graduates praise the benefits of GENERATION NEXT: Dale Carnegie Training for Young Adults, citing the program as one of the best decisions and most valuable experiences of their lives. One student acclaims, “It is a great, positive environment with students your age and they are all so supportive of you. I have increased self-confidence and people have actually noticed my improved leadership skills.” A recent graduate also relates, “It has been a major help for me in communication skills, self-confidence and stress management skills. I know that when I go back to university, I will be much more comfortable.”

Dr Brendan Mullan, Executive Director of MSUD, commented: “As one of the world’s top universities and the first US research university to set up a campus in DIAC, our students can be sure of an excellent academic experience. However, we also recognize that in today’s challenging world, with its intense competition, an important part of a graduate’s toolkit is the softskills that can make the difference in achieving success in the workplace. We are committed to preparing and equipping our students for their future careers and lives, with the academic and intellectual quality and practical skills required. So, we are delighted to be working with Dale Carnegie in creating this innovative program and adding a new and vital component - and even more value - to the student experience at MSUD.”
