Further demonstrating its commitment to community initiatives and the support of Dubai’s art and cultural heritage, Deyaar Development PJSC, one of the region’s fastest growing real estate companies, today announced its partnership with Art Dubai 2009, as education sponsor. The event is held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
As part of this partnership, Deyaar will sponsor an internship programme for students to join the Art Dubai team as Deyaar Visual Arts Interns to experience a variety of working environments within the art world. The scheme offers current art students and alumni from UAE universities the opportunity of working alongside Art Dubai and its participating premier art galleries, media partners and artists.

As part of the Deyaar Visual Arts Intership Scheme, Art Dubai will be also be organising a special event on Monday, March 16, 2009 at Layali Tent in Madinat Jumeirah. The event will present an opportunity for all students – both Associates of Art Dubai and Deyaar Visual Art Interns – to meet with Deyaar’s CEO and some of his team members and discuss corporate involvement in art and education initiatives.
