DHL Jordan, the leading express and logistics provider, hosted the DHL CEO of Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMA), Mr. Ken Allen, along with the regional DHL Management team as they underwent a progress visit to DHL’s Gateway and Hub Facility at Queen Alia International Airport.

“There’s a noticeable positive trend on the rise for DHL Jordan. This is primarily driven by the sustained efforts of our employees and the investments that continue to grow within Jordan,” said Adel Hanna, Country Manager, DHL Jordan.

During a tour on site, Mazen Saba, DHL’s Operations Manager briefed the visitors on the milestones achieved with the progress of the Gateway and Hub project. He then shed light on what the Gateway and Hub represents in terms of enhancing DHL’s competitive position and abilities to provide the highest level of service to customers in Jordan. Saba also emphasized that the DHL Gateway and Hub, which is considered the first airside facility of its kind in Jordan, will offer DHL customers a 24/7 customs clearance.

“Accelerated progress for the Gateway and Hub was made possible thanks to the exceptional support of Jordan Customs, The Civil Aviation Authority, Airport Special Security Division and the Airport authority,” Saba exclaimed.
